POLICY

Studio/Booking policy

No tattoo artist can ever predict individual results in the skin and therefore no guarantee for healed results.  Results are extremely dependent and will vary with each individual client. Unfortunately, I have no control over the affects of the healing process.  Successful results and specific color requests are not guaranteed (especially on those with problematic skin and or cover up an old tattoo) and additional sessions, at a minimum charge, may be required to obtain desired results.  Although I use premium products and provide quality services, every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results.  I do not guarantee perfect proportions or symmetry as some bone structures and muscle movements do not call for it. The final shape is completely your decision, and tattooing will not start until you decide on the final shape. Please read though my entire FAQ section carefully to see if this procedure will be beneficial to you. All services provided are non-refundable. 

BOOKING FEE

A booking fee of $50 is required to schedule and secure your appointment and is deducted from the total price of your tattoo. This booking fee is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment and not take up a spot from another client when you’re not committed. I work on commission only, prepare my schedule in advance and supplies needed for the appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable but transferable to reschedule an appointment as long as notification is giving in advance (see reschedule policy). This booking fee is deducted from the final cost. 

RESCHEDULE & LATE POLICY

Cancellations: 72 hours of notice is required to reschedule an appointment or the booking fee will be forfeited.

Late: If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late it may result in a forfeit of that appointment booking fee and cancellation of your appointment. You may also be required to rebook and pay a new fee if you wish to continue with your procedure after arriving late or providing a short notice cancellation.

NO SHOW

The booking fee will be forfeited if the client fails to show up to their appointment and you will not be allowed to book any appointments from our studio. We respect your time, please respect ours.

GUEST POLICY

You can bring one guest with you for support if you need to. The guest must be over 18 years old and stay in the lobby during the procedure portion. They can accompany you during the predraw and consult portion. **Note: this is not in effect till Covid19 mandates are lifted and CDC guidelines are back to normal.

COVID 19 NEW GUIDELINES

Due to new state safety and health guidelines, all clients are required to wear a mask during their entire appointment. Clients are not allowed to bring any guest with them in the studio. Clients will wash their hands when arriving for their appointment. If a client does not have a mask available, they can purchase a mask for a minimal fee.
